OUR VISION

The YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region’s goal is to help you, your employees, fellow club or organization members, or coworkers acknowledge and break down biases that inhibit cooperation and connection. Interact is a program designed to confront unconscious beliefs and behaviors. Through reflection you can strengthen inclusivity across your organization - or network - and pave the way toward better business outcomes and a more inclusive Region!

OUR METHOD

We use the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) as our tool to guide our conversation and discovery. Our Executive Director, Moira Branigan is a certified IDI Qualified Administrator as well as an additional Certification from Cornell University. As our staff facilitator for the InterAct program, she will leave your team with a plan for growth.
