In this interactive online workshop you will learn the basics of writing a professional resume and develop interview skills that will ensure your success in your next job interview!
Smart Goals Workshop

Let’s talk goal setting! Put yourself ahead of the game through writing down the things you want to accomplish and or obtain in life in an intentional and detailed way.
SMART goals are a way to clearly see the steps you need to take in order to realize your goals and dreams. In this class you will learn about goal setting using the SMART goal method. SMART stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. Dreams without plans are likely to remain dreams. SMART goals organize your thoughts and help you set plans so that you are likely to succeed. Taking action is all you need to be one step closer to making it happen, because as the saying goes, the secret to getting ahead is getting started.

Take Care Thursdays Mindfulness Practice

Self-care is no longer negotiable. Mindfulness practice as part of self-care offers the opportunity to release, re-center and refresh as we learn how to meet stress in productive ways, regulate emotions, learn about ourselves, strengthen the ability to respond intentionally and even rest more deeply.

Mindfulness and Self-Care Workshop

Mindfulness is more than a buzz word; it is a powerful practice of paying attention in the present moment, with non judgmental awareness. While we’re always paying attention to something, mindfulness practices can help us use our attention to slow down, meet stress in productive ways, learn about ourselves, regulate intense or uncomfortable emotions, strengthen the ability to respond intentionally and even rest more deeply.
All you need for the workshop is a phone, computer or smart device and the willingness to experience how mindfulness may benefit you.
